Chet Chauhan is Vice President of Product Management for CRM Apps at Salesforce. Since 2006 he has been leading the development of Service Cloud in San Francisco. Recently Chet moved to Amsterdam to put more focus on their European customers and business. Prior to Salesforce, Chet was at Siebel Systems and Oracle and implemented CRM at banks in Europe with PwC Consulting and Tibco Software. Chet completed an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management and a Bachelors in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Bristol. He holds two US patents in cloud computing. Outside work, Chet in an avid sailor and completed a half circumnavigation on his sailboat in 2012.
